Directions

1/2 teaspoon per cup gluten free flour for baking (a little more for bread, a little less for cookies). 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid to thicken gravy, dressing, sauce, etc. Slowly increase the amount of xanthan gum to increase to desired thickness. 2 teaspoons per cup of flour for pizza crust.
