Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Both the Palmer and Fairbanks order forms include shipping. The outlying drop points may not offer the product savings at co-op ordering time, using that money to offset the extra shipping to destinations beyond Palmer.

When participating in the Fall & Spring order cycle, choose your drop point. That family will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.

 When necessary, we ship via USPS all over Alaska. Over the years we have learned how to pack your items to ensure a safe arrival with the most economical shipping rate. We just charge the per item postage + $2 for each mesh bag for 50#ers.

 RETURNS: In regards to damaged or defective equipment, we make referrals to our supplier who graciously handles warranty repairs. For Bosch, Mill & Attachment issues, contact Dave at 1-800-my Bosch.  

 The Lord has blessed us with suppliers who provide us with fabulous products! Over the years, we have had a few consumable problems. Our suppliers work with us to cover any product issues that arise. Be assured your Wholy Living purchases are superior products at the best possible price!
