Rich in flavor, but a little tougher skin than most beans, kidneys are excellent in soups, chili and casseroles. Also use as a tasty garnish on salads. An excellent source of protein and iron. Grown in very clean conditions. Very clean coming out of the bag. However, always rinse your beans. Better to soak & dehydrate them before cooking. At least soak for awhile & rinse before cooking.
