Cooking instructions: Use 2 parts water to 1 part rice. Boil, covered, on medium heat for 20 minutes. Let rest for another 20 minutes with the lid on. I love using my BRK pots to cook rice conventionally. The glass lid keeps all the mess in the pot, not on the stove top! If using the BRK to Pressure cook the rice, it will be ready in 15 minutes.
Soaking rice: I have a jar of soaked & dehydrated rice in my pantry, just like the bread grains. Soak for about 10 – 12 hours, rinse & dehydrate for 5 or 6 until dry.
