SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER CLASS SCHEDULE

Really excited about the upcoming classes! Please call, email or text (907-354-4115) a reservation for each class. Bread Classes are $10/person. Cooking Classes are $15/person. All classes are up here at the Palmer Granary. Here is the line up ~

 Tuesday, September 25th, 6 PM ~ GRAB & GO LUNCH IDEAS – Strolling by a refrigerated end cap the other day, I saw LUNCHABLE packs on sale for $2.50, featuring a few crackers, cheese & granola bar! We can do so much better than that for a whole lot less $$$! Come & get inspired.  

Saturday, October 6th, 10 AM ~ BREAD as the MAIN COURSE CLASS, taking a batch of regular bread, we’ll whip up a variety of meals – great freezer meals or travel food. Since we all are going strong, let’s provide our travelers with healthy, inexpensive snacks, not just belly fillers.

Friday & Saturday, October 12 & 13th, SOAK, SPROUT, SOURDOUGH, WHOLE GRAINS the WHOLY LIVING WAY, Our Fall Event celebrates Wholy Living’s 25th Anniversary with a Double Feature – Linda Cox from Indiana & Debbie Deitz from Colorado. Expect two full days of fun, food & facts as Linda teaches on Whole Grain Nutrition, updated from her 2011 workshops. Debbie imparts her fresh concoctions in the afternoons. Tuesday, October 23rd, 6 PM ~ CHICKEN, BREAD, CHICKEN, using a batch of chicken breasts, we’ll whip up a bunch of dinners, some using bread dough, too.
